Commission Analyst
▪ Calculated monthly commission and incentives of sales representatives and managers.
▪ Analyzed and reconciled data (services and products sold) from sales of employees and managers.
▪ Analyzed and validated customer, product, and pricing data for completeness and accuracy.
▪ Respond to requests complaints from sales representatives.
▪ Updated monthly hierarchies of sales representatives and supervisors.
▪ Performed various reports related to the commissions department.
▪ Performed biweekly commissions pay file(payments) of the different internal groups.
▪ Attended weekly meetings related to the commissions department.
▪ Analyzed and implemented monthly incentive and commission structures.
▪ Created templates for commission and incentive calculations sheets.
▪ Special projects and duties as assigned.
