Officer Compliance (Trainings and Communication) (m/f) / Cargolux

This is a 12 month fixed term contract with Cargolux.

• Assist the Compliance & Ethics Department in developing an effective compliance training program, including appropriate introductory training for new employees and ongoing training for all employees and managers.
• Assist in establishing a multiannual compliance training and communications strategy.
• Prepare training statistics and ensure adequate follow-up.
• Support the department in the establishment and monitoring of a Compliance and Ethics culture.
• Support in the preparation of training materials.
• Help the compliance organization in respect to communication initiatives and CSR projects.
• Support the Compliance & Ethics Department in general administrative tasks.

Essential Requirements For The Position:

• MA/MS in communication in preferably, or Master Degree in Law or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, teams).
• Fluency in written and spoken English; any other language is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to transform complex topics into clear and engaging material.
• Creative mindset, with an eye for visual design.
• Team player, flexible and willing to work on a variety of topics.
• Basic understanding of compliance key regulatory and legal requirements is an advantage.
• Proven experience delivering training and/or giving presentations is an advantage.

Working Conditions:

• Temporary full-time position, based in our HQ Luxembourg.
• Occasional travel may be required.
• A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection.
