This highly professional, self-disciplined, and collaborative individual will drive results by creating, publishing and tracking communications to Ops or Sales employees to inspire team collaboration & engagement. This role will support the team in delivering engagement and communication strategies that improve engagement scores, streamline processes, and elevate organizational communication.
What You Get To Do Every Day Write, edit, and publish impactful communications to teams, delivering regular content for business drivers, new initiatives, all-hands and other needed comms. Manage and measure the impact of communication campaigns, readership, understanding, and engagement, continuously evaluating effectiveness of content and surfacing opportunities to increase employee awareness. Plan, facilitate and organize leaders to support engagement initiatives, small events, give-back programs, etc. as applicable Track budgets and manage spend for small-medium scale initiatives driven by L&D Ops team, as applicable Leverage data and surveys to identify areas of improvement and improve employee engagement initiatives Design and propose tools & processes that enable leaders to drive results Track and report KPI's for engagement initiatives, providing recommendations and proactive insight to leadership to drive informed decision-making Maintain and upkeep all internal library resources and messaging within our internal communications platform Strategically drive and partner to maximize employee engagement on the platform Maintain engagement and communication calendar, coordinating with field leaders What You Bring To The Role
Minimum Requirements:
2+ years direct experience in communications roles directly supporting operational or sales teams (like retail, warehouses, sales etc) is required; experience in a high-growth environment is preferred Proficient in Google Suite (incl. Slides, Docs, Sheets, Gmail) or Microsoft Suite Self-starter, works independently - prioritizes tasks and meets deadlines, including holding others to deadlines Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills Team player, able to communicate with various levels in the organization Passion for communicating in creative ways Impeccable attention to detail, ability to proofread and use tools to write error-free copy Strong organization, time-management, and prioritization skills Ability to learn and pivot quickly Ability to take feedback/coaching and implement to improve and develop skills Ability to adapt to change and maintain a positive attitude Prioritizes employee experience and business goals Applicants will be asked provide a sample of previous work Compensation, Benefits, + Perks
Preferred Requirements:
Experience with email tools like Mailchimp, Studio Chorus, etc. Graphic design, video editing skills
The expected salary range for this role is $60,659-$68,136. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate's skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR's total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
