WHAT YOU’LL DO: Corporate Communications Create editorial strategy, guidelines, and calendars for generating a steady volume of engaging content that supports our strategic and cultural objectives, effectively conveys the message, and meets timelines Plan and manage content for all employee communications vehicles Oversee regular maintenance of intranet content to ensure freshness and relevance Own execution of internal Board of Directors communications updates Project Management Manage and coordinate projects that support our communications objectives Internal Event Communications Manage communications and content creation for internal corporate events Copywriter Create original content and edit existing content for internal and corporate communications WHAT IT TAKES: Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or related concentration 5+ years of corporate communications/agency experience and intranet management Demonstrated ability to effectively craft meaningful, original messages and conduct public presentations that convey desired messages Ability to communicate with all stakeholders Expert understanding of Internet/Intranet technology and best practices that drive stakeholder engagement Ability to translate complex information into clear messages for various key audiences Ability to partner and collaborate with subject matter experts and creative team to get things done On-camera and on-stage presentation skills, including interviewing, hosting, and delivering business updates in an engaging way using humor and warmth Knowledge of video, including concept and scripting skills The ability to generate creative concepts Excellent project management skills Highly organized and detail oriented Problem-solving and decision-making skills WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU: Work for the leader in workers compensation information providing data, insights, and tools for almost 1,000 insurance companies Competitive starting base pay plus a targeted annual performance bonus For local candidates: a phenomenal work environment, with perks including an onsite café, coffee shop, game room, fitness center, and employee activities and sports leagues to participate in Wonderful team of dynamic people to work with who are fun, caring, and friendly Positive work environment and culture that celebrates success and honor’s each other’s contributions to the team Fantastic benefits package and total rewards offerings EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY: NCCI Holdings, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
