The ACE Agency, a Southern CA based communications agency seeks a motivated and enthusiastic Public Relations & Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The position will report to the Director of PR & Marketing and collaborate with a team of PR and marketing executives. The ideal candidate will be ready to excel in a fast-paced environment, with proven experience working in communications.

Skills:

• Excel in a fast-paced environment with proven abilities to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of media, public relations and marketing tactics and functions
• Organized with ability to develop actionable plans and create campaigns with measurable results

Role:

• Develop and implement public relations and marketing strategies and campaigns
• Craft press releases, media pitches and various types of written communication materials
• Create marketing materials including copywriting, brochures and email campaigns
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers and media sources
• Organize and coordinate press events and promotional activities
• Collaborate with the PR, marketing and social media teams to create influencer collaborations to promote brand awareness and reach new audiences
• Coordinate client status meetings and meeting agendas to effectively update clients on account activities and move campaigns forward
• Work closely with the public relations, marketing, and social media teams to maximize efforts, develop promotions, share information and support tactics
• Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on public relations, social media and marketing performance metrics
• Stay on top of PR and marketing trends, industry tools, applications, channels, strategies and news

Time:

• Full-time salary employee
• Part time remote work, part time in office
