Job Description
Invisible Narratives, the first-of-its-kind tra-digital studio, is looking for a Marketing & Project Manager to join the team behind Skibidi Toilet and other breakout IP. We’re pioneering a new era of creator-led entertainment, and we’re looking for someone who knows how to connect the dots between content, community, culture, and commerce.
Who We’re Looking For
You’re a marketing strategist and project manager who thrives at the intersection of fandom, digital-first brands, and physical product launches. You know how to drive momentum around creator IP — from community engagement to event-based moments to organic go-to-market rollouts. You’ve worked in and around brand licensing, digital content, and retail-facing initiatives. You’re not here to run paid media campaigns — you’re here to generate buzz through smart planning, great instincts, and a strong pulse on what makes internet-native brands tick.
What You’ll Do
Lead and manage go-to-market strategies for licensed products across digital and retail channels
Drive organic and earned media moments around creator IP, launch campaigns, and fan-first activations
Track and manage key deliverables across licensing, consumer products, and retail marketing rollouts
Collaborate with our creative, content, and production teams to align messaging and brand worldbuilding
Identify and activate timely cultural hooks, events, and creator-driven touchpoints to extend the reach of our IP
Serve as a connective tissue between internal creative teams and external partners/licensees
Manage timelines, assets, and approvals across a variety of marketing and retail deliverables
Monitor campaign performance and flag opportunities or gaps across partner and product ecosystems
What You Need
5+ years of experience in brand marketing, licensing, or creator/entertainment-based campaigns
Proven track record of building momentum around digitally native brands or franchises
Strong project management chops — you’re organized, clear, and a proactive communicator
Comfort working across physical and digital campaigns — from influencer drops to shelf displays
Ability to think big-picture and execute on details — from creative briefs to rollout calendars
Strong understanding of the fan-to-retail pipeline and how to activate audiences without paid spend
Experience working with consumer product teams, licensees, or entertainment IP is a major plus
Passion for digital culture, creator brands, and new forms of franchise-building
Ready to help redefine what a modern entertainment studio looks like? Let’s talk.
