We're seeking a Creative Director to lead transformative campaigns for some of the world's most recognized and beloved brands. What You'll Do: Partner with a Copywriter to concept and execute innovative, social-first campaigns for a major QSR client, specifically targeting the US Hispanic & International markets. Develop visually compelling and culturally relevant creative across all platforms, including social media, digital, and potentially broadcast. Stay up-to-date on the latest social media & design trends, cultural insights, and Gen Z behaviors. Contribute to the development of international toolkits for the US Hispanic market. Oversee a team of talented creatives, providing mentorship, guidance, and inspiration. Collaborate closely with the broader client team including strategy, account management, and production teams to ensure seamless campaign development and execution. Present creative work to clients, effectively communicating the strategic rationale and creative vision. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment that encourages creativity and innovation. What You'll Need: 10+ years of experience in advertising or marketing, with a proven track record of developing award-winning creative campaigns for the US Hispanic market. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software. Native fluency in Spanish and English preferred, with a deep understanding of US Hispanic culture. Deep experience in social media strategy and content creation, with a strong understanding of platform best practices and emerging trends. A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of work across multiple platforms, demonstrating creative excellence and a keen eye for visual storytelling across both social and traditional media. Exceptional conceptual and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex marketing challenges into compelling creative solutions. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Experience working with QSR or other relevant brands is required.
