Base pay range $33.00/yr - $36.00/yr Community Manager Santa Clara, CA LHH is teaming up with a well-established organization in the residential property management industry in Santa Clara, CA in search of a Community Manager to support operations at a 150-unit family housing community. This is an exciting opportunity to join a mission-driven team that provides essential housing services to the community. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with experience in on-site property management, particularly within affordable housing programs. They are organized, people-oriented, and skilled in managing both staff and operations to meet property goals. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day property operations and ensure compliance with housing program requirements. Supervise and coordinate on-site staff and resources. Maximize occupancy levels and maintain property value. Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and vendors. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of on-site property management experience, including Tax Credit (LIHTC) and lease-up experience (required). Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (required). Experience with YARDI Voyager (strongly preferred). Valid CA drivers license and reliable transportation (required). High School Diploma or GED (required). Job Type : Contract to hire Start Date : ASAP Location: Fully on-site in Santa Clara, CA Hours: Monday through Friday Pay Rate: $33$36 per hour, depending on experience Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
