Highlights:
Create and maintain an annual social plan which identifies campaign initiatives and growth opportunities, incorporating both paid and organic tactics, to meet departmental and credit union objectives and build community onlineSet social media benchmarks and measure progress toward annual goals for engagement, reach, community growth, lead acquisition, etc.Create and publish original social media content (images, videos, written content, webinars) that are consistent with our brand identity and mission, and make recommendations to ensure that our content complies with NCUA regulations as well as social media best practicesCommunicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor and respond to customer reviews, coordinating with internal stakeholders to develop responsesCoordinate with the Member Service Center to seamlessly hand off servicing inquiries for follow up (or retail channels when appropriate)Manage location data across all Credit Human online listings (Yext, Yelp, etc.) and review sites and other customer-facing platforms to ensure accurate dataExperience:
Required
5+ years of Social Media Marketing experienceAn in-depth understanding of YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok and other social media platformsDemonstrated ability to drive growth and engagement on social media platformsDemonstrated ability to create and edit content as needed, including writing captions, creating graphics and videos, etc.Strong project management skills and ability to operate independentlyPreferred

Credit Human conducts employment background checks that may be used for decisions related to employment with Credit Human.
