We are seeking an Assistant Community Manager to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions to help grow our company.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Community Manager
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments
- Greet and assist guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls & customer service emails
- Perform all other office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Efficient with Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
