We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Public Relations Coordinator to join our team in Santa Ana, CA. This role involves coordinating public relations initiatives, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring consistent messaging across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers.
2. Coordinate press releases, media alerts, and other external communications.
3. Organize and manage PR events, including press conferences and community outreach initiatives.
4. Assist in creating and distributing promotional materials, including brochures and presentations.
5. Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on PR campaign performance.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of PR activities with business objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
3. Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
4. Knowledge of the media landscape and experience with press release distribution tools.
