Job Description Job Description Paul Cashman State Farm Insurance 3433 State St Ste B Santa Barbara CA compensation: $20 - $23/hour, DOE, plus potential for bonus' throughout the year. employment type: full-time job title: Insurance Agent Property & Casualty Licensed / CSR 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday In Santa Barbara office Qualifications • Property and Casualty Insurance license (or must be able to obtain) • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational skills, able to prioritize and multitask • Works well in a team setting, as well as on your own • Must possess critical thinking attributes and detail-oriented skills • Must adhere to strong ethics & integrity • Insurance experience is preferred, but not necessary • Ability to build rapport with customers • Bilingual, written and verbal (preferred, but not necessary) • Must be able to pass a background check Responsibilities • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
