About the Role:

The Creative Lead will be a vital member of the creative team at Do it Best, bringing creativity, leadership, and a strategic approach to design. This role focuses on producing both print and some digital assets, including promotional graphics, marketing materials, in-store signage, and Exclusive Brand Packaging design to drive brand consistency and engagement across various channels. The creative lead will create impactful visuals that resonate with our consumers and reinforce our brand identity.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and produce high-quality print and digital materials, including marketing collateral, promotional banners, signage, brochures, and packaging.
2. Develop and upload graphics for various internal and external platforms.
3. Facilitate collaboration between creative, marketing, product, and development teams.
4. Create marketing and advertising assets for both retail and digital spaces, ensuring cohesive branding across channels.
5. Lead special projects, including new visual mockups and design concepts, and ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
6. Coordinate with external partners like Smartsource.

Education and Experience:

1. Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
2. Experience in print and digital design, with a background in marketing, advertising, or branding preferred.
3. Familiarity with best practices for both print and digital media, as well as knowledge of design trends.

Skills and Abilities:

1. Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
2. Strong project management abilities, including planning, prioritization, and follow-through.
3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
4. Demonstrated leadership and mentorship skills.
5. Ability to inspire and manage a team of designers.
6. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
7. Knowledge of print production processes and digital design standards.
