About the Role:
Melton Company, a Georgia-based Financial Services company is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Events Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives and unforgettable client events. You will wear many hats, from crafting compelling content to managing event logistics, ensuring a seamless experience for both internal and external audiences.
What You’ll Do:
• Plan, coordinate, and execute client events (workshops, seminars, webinars) to build relationships and promote our services ** ******• Manage event logistics, including venue selection, budgeting, vendor coordination, and attendee registration • Develop engaging event content and presentations • Oversee event execution and ensure a smooth and successful experience for all attendees • Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels etc.) to generate leads and brand awareness • Create high-quality content (blog posts, social media graphics, email marketing materials) that educates and engages our target audience • Manage and maintain our company website and social media presence Track and analyze marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI Assist with market research and competitor analysis ** ******
Other Duties:
• Support in office prospect and client appointments • Assist with the creation of marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, etc.) Maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing and financial services ********
What You Have:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred) 1-3 years of experience in marketing or events coordination • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously ****Compensation: $44,000
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to promote company events and services. • Monitor and analyze the success of marketing campaigns, including social media engagement and website traffic, to optimize performance. • Coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution, including vendor management, budget tracking, and post-event evaluations. • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency and maximize promotional opportunities. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing and event strategies for the company.
