Job Details
- We are hiring immediately for a MULTIMEDIA AUDIO VISUAL TECHNICIAN position.
- Location: Pfizer, 875 Chesterfield Pkwy W, Chesterfield, MO 63017. Note: online applications accepted only.
- Schedule: Full Time; Monday through Friday, 8 hours between 7am-5pm.
- Requirement: AV experience.
- Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Job Summary
As a Multimedia Technician, you will repair, maintain, upgrade, and install AV equipment for clients. You will coordinate conference guests and services, troubleshoot equipment, and assist clients during meetings.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage events in conference and meeting spaces.
- Set up and break down furniture, ensure room cleanliness, and handle related tasks.
- Maintain all AV equipment in managed spaces.
- Optimize room usage for conference functions.
- Provide high-quality customer service during events.
- Update AV systems with latest firmware and software.
- Assist with hardware swaps (e.g., projectors, CHD).
- Manage ITSM requests and handle issues through proper channels.
- Follow protocols during emergencies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of network connectivity, digital signal flow, and firmware/software updates.
- Knowledge of AV concepts and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with laptops, projectors, microphones, and remote conferencing technology.
- Crestron DMC-E certification and network certification preferred.
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and internet.
