Base pay range $30.00/hr - $45.00/hr Direct message the job poster from 24 Seven Talent Associate Technical Designer - Activewear Part-Time Contract Responsibilities: Assist in the development of technical packages, including garment specifications, construction details, and graded measurements. Support fit sessions, document fit comments, and communicate necessary revisions to design and production teams. Create and update technical sketches and CAD drawings. Measure samples and compare to specifications to ensure accuracy. Assist in the review and approval of samples, including prototypes and production samples. Communicate with vendors regarding technical specifications and production requirements. Maintain and organize technical design documentation. Assist in the development of size charts and grading rules. Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience Basic understanding of garment construction, pattern making, grading, and fit principles. Proficiency in creating technical sketches and utilizing CAD software Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
