This is a hybrid role that requires 2-3 days in the Norwalk, CT office.
Role Overview: We’re looking for a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. As a Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping and executing brand initiatives that reflect our purpose. You’ll ensure our voice and identity are consistent and impactful across every customer touchpoint. This high-visibility role works cross-functionally with marketing, growth, operations, creative, and sales teams to drive alignment, streamline processes, and bring our brand to life at scale.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that brand plans are aligned with the needs of our consumers and retailers and are consistent with the brand’s overall mission and strategic goals.
- Develop the strategy and manage all aspects of partner programs, including: outreach, recruitment, onboarding, creative requests, content development, competitive monitoring, etc.
- Help define and build the brand DNA
- Lead marketing initiatives in an omni-channel business by developing briefs, identifying department stakeholders, ensuring deadlines are met, reporting on program performance, etc.
- Serve as the liaison between agencies and external vendors, managing the day-to-day needs to support their initiatives that will help us reach our goals
- Manage day-to-day requests for new products, POS, brand plans, visual assets, etc.
- Assist with the development and execution of creative 360 marketing campaigns
- Support company-wide copywriting needs, including: emails, website, packaging, POS, social media
- Build, edit, and maintain brand-owned projects, including presentations, brand books, guides, toolkits, etc.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
Qualifications:
2-5 years of CPG marketing experience, brand or product management preferred.
Agency Marketing experience working with Consumer Brands
Proven track record of driving profitable growth.
Strong storytelling and writing skills
Strategic Skills: Strong critical thinking, planning, and execution skills with a deep understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and cultural context. Insight-driven, resourceful, and collaborative with a bias for informed, impactful decision-making.
Creativity and Innovation: Idea-driven and solutions-oriented with strong intuition and a knack for brand positioning. Brings creative vision to life with a pulse on digital trends and social media culture.
Business: Goal-oriented with a proven ability to drive results and manage complex workflows. Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and organized with strong communication and time management skills.
