Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Lead - Media at Hearts & Science. The role is based in San Juan, with the flexibility to work partly from home. The Digital Lead - Media will be responsible for overseeing digital strategy, project management, and digital marketing initiatives on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience and expert knowledge of digital Media buying with hands-on experience using one or more of the following platforms: Meta Business Manager, Google Campaign Manager, DV360, YouTube
- Programmatic experience and working knowledge of third-party verification and Ad Serving tools (Innovid, DCM, MOAT)
- Experience managing a small team and juggling multiple people and work priorities
- Experience working across several media channels is preferred and a curiosity in emerging media platforms
- Experience with client-facing interaction
- Experience working with large data sets and understanding of methodologies for evaluating data
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau and/or Data Studio
- Ability to effectively manage costs while exceeding performance and viewability goals
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to distill key ideas for non-digitally centric teams
- Proven ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook) and ability to coach others in shortcuts
Responsibilities:
As a Digital Lead, you will play a key role in developing plans and executing digital buys by ensuring that pacing, performance, and the Digital Activation Process is activated correctly across the area of responsibility is the primary focus of this job.
Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Ensuring the implementation of the Digital Planning & Optimization Process across all Digital Media
- Overseeing and directing the activation of all Digital Media plans
- Effectively managing Digital assigned budget
- Providing inputs and guidance around campaign design, including requirements for success and optimal use of demand side platforms
- Working side-by-side with broader activation team to ensure tight coordination of campaign setup, adjustments and optimization performance is efficient and effective
- Measure media performance to determine the extent to which the original objectives and strategies were met (Monitoring, Post Buy Analysis, etc.)
- Work with Strategy team to understand goals, address client needs, and communicate results and insights back to clients
- Direct billing and reconciliation process for Digital
- Implementing Business Intelligence tools and new capabilities (e.g., dashboards, new suppliers/vendors, new data sources, new media measurement techniques or tools, etc.)
- Providing expert consultation to vendors, internal teams, and clients, including training and updates
- Handle any client requests – i.e., plan changes, budget changes, provide marketplace information
- Meet with media sales reps and industry representatives on a regular basis to pursue ideas that are strategically aligned with the client’s business
