Miami-Dade County Public Schools (M-DCPS), an A-rated district, is the nation’s third largest school system with nearly 500 schools and a diverse enrollment of more than 335,500 students from over 160 countries.

Salary Min: $81,487.00
Salary Max: $150,211.00
This position is responsible for overseeing the integration and management of various technological systems within the organization, with a focus on asset management and lifecycle tracking of devices.
The ERP Team Leader will utilize their expertise in data analytics and reporting tools such as PowerBI, LookerStudio, Excel, and Google Sheets to provide insights and manage operational efficiency.
This role requires a strong understanding of asset management systems, including integrations with Microsoft Intune, Ivanti Service Management, Microsoft Azure, and CRM/ticketing systems.
This position also involves managing device service workflows, repair processes, insurance integrations, and overall device lifecycle management across multiple operating systems, including ChromeOS, MacOS, iOS, and Windows 11.
EXAMPLES OF DUTIES:
- Leads the integration of Microsoft Intune into existing Asset Management systems to streamline device tracking and management.
- Ensures smooth integration and data flow between Ivanti Service Management, Microsoft Azure, and Asset Management systems.
- Manages and maintains the integration of device repair workflows, vendor-specific applications, and Asset Management systems.
- Oversees the integration of insurance applications with Asset Management systems to ensure accurate device service and claims processing.
- Manages and tracks the lifecycle of the district’s device fleet from procurement to disposal, ensuring devices are properly maintained and accounted for at each stage.
- Collaborates with relevant departments to ensure that all devices meet organizational standards and compliance requirements.
- Utilizes and manages systems across multiple operating environments, including ChromeOS, MacOS, iOS, and Windows 11.
- Serves as a subject matter expert in the configuration and administration of ticketing/CRM systems and help desk support workflows.
- Develops, manages, and maintains PowerBI and LookerStudio reports to track and report on asset utilization, device health, repair metrics, and other key performance indicators.
- Analyzes data and produces actionable insights for operational improvements using advanced Excel and Google Sheets functions.
- Works closely with cross-functional teams to improve the efficiency of asset management processes, device repair workflows, and integration efforts.
- Regularly reviews and refines asset management workflows, ensuring they are aligned with industry best practices and organizational needs.
- Provides technical expertise and supports related to asset management systems to team members and stakeholders.
- Stays current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in asset management and device lifecycle management.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This work requires the following physical activities: sitting, mobility, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, repetitive motions, talking, hearing and visual acuity. The work is performed primarily indoors.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- Four (4) years of progressively responsible experience with at least one (1) year of supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of M-DCPS business processes, project management, change management, organizational development, learning management, supply chain processes, information technology and/or business re-engineering.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms.
