Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Manager of International Integration to drive global brand strategies for Laura Mercier and bareMinerals while ensuring local market adaptation and growth. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between global and regional teams. They will help to build an understanding of performance and key success drivers across priority region and use this information to influence product launches, marketing calendars, and asset creation. They will play a pivotal role in shaping the international go-to-market strategies, ensuring brand consistency, and driving profitable growth through regionally relevant 360˚ marketing activations.
Primary Responsibilities:
Gain a deep understanding of the Laura Mercier and bareMinerals brand strategies and portfolios. Apply this knowledge to influence both the lead market teams and international markets, ensuring that strategies are in alignment with global brand priorities while meeting local market needs. Support the roll-out of new brand positioning and help local teams implement updates to create a stronger, more unified global presence. Partner with Regional Leaders to develop regional innovation calendars and align marketing strategies with global priorities. Partner with marketing leads to support the development and execution of 360˚ marketing campaigns that resonate on a global scale and support markets in approvals for local campaigns that include, but are not limited to: In-store and digital assets that are optimized for international markets PR and influencer marketing that align to global priorities but can be tailored to the needs of key markets Media content that is engaging and culturally relevant across platforms
Work closely with top markets to gather real-time insights and feedback on product performance, consumer behavior, and marketing effectiveness to influence product development, digital strategies, and overall brand positioning. Inform the product portfolio strategy by consolidating the international markets feedback on proposed launches, product discontinuations, and sampling/promo programs. Communicate key dates across organization both from Global as well as from the markets. Support the International Team providing all the tools, assets and information to maximize the size of Innovation (including retail presentations, products samples, activity plans guidelines, etc). Partner with Global Brand teams to create an International Brand Launch Toolkit consisting of the information needed for setting up a new market or a new retailer (both online and offline) such as: up-to-date Brand Bible (Brand story, marketing, education, VM, PR guidelines) and Product Attributes file (full portfolio including core). Participate in Monthly International calls with the markets ensuring that the International Markets needs are shared with the Brand Lead and have the right level of prioritization within the Marketing Team. Handle other duties as assigned and special projects involving internal and international requests. Key Stakeholders:

Strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity and understanding of multi-countries environment 3-5 years Marketing Experience in Beauty Prestige working environment. Experience working with Global Brands in Local and Regional roles. Experience working with different Go To Market Models: For example, Distributors and Direct Markets. Fluent in both spoken and written English. Other languages a plus. Knowledge of international online and offline Beauty industry. High level of energy and flexibility to work with multiple time zones. Collaborative approach with the ability to influence and work cross-functionally across several internal and external teams. Attention to details, a strong sense of urgency, ability to manage timelines and projects while responding to changing priorities and market feedback.
