About Wise Pelican

Wise Pelican is hiring a dedicated Content Creator & Brand Host who will bring our real estate marketing expertise to life across video, podcast, and written channels. This Scottsdale-based, on-camera role will put you at the center of our brand's media presence. You’ll be educating and inspiring real estate professionals across the country while showcasing Wise Pelican’s solution. You’ll execute a robust media strategy by producing engaging content, hosting interviews, and editing short- and long-form videos that drive awareness, loyalty, and customer success.

This position is a full-time position located in Scottsdale, Arizona.

What Will You Do?

• Be the star and personality of all things Wise Pelican audio and video content
  
  
• Own front-to-end content. Beginning with strategy, through filming and executing, ending with publishing and reporting on success and performance metrics
  
  
• Appear on camera regularly for videos (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, podcasts)
  
  
• Host interviews with real estate agents and industry experts (in-person or virtual)
  
  
• Moderate live webinars and monthly client and prospect-facing sessions
  
  
• Assist in creating weekly real estate marketing newsletters
  
  
• Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips, blog content, and social captions
  
  
• Edit short- and long-form videos using CapCut, Premiere, or Final Cut
  
  
• Optimize videos for SEO and performance on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  
  
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to define a content strategy and then execute
  
  
• Manage video/audio equipment and oversee studio setup for shoots
  
  
• Become a thought leader on real estate agent marketing

What Big Things Will You Own?

At first…

• Film and edit short-form video series to launch Wise Pelican’s social media push
  
  
• Host 1:1 client interviews and testimonials for YouTube and email campaigns
  
  
• Rollout our daily short form real estate video podcast with guest recordings and other real estate news topics. You will be the personality and the producer
  
  
• Create a repeatable process for publishing and repurposing content weekly
  
• Become the primary on-camera host for ongoing media production

Once you get your footing…

• Lead coordination of internal and prospect-facing webinars
  
  
• Optimize our content performance by identifying top-performing formats and messages
  
  
• Continually improve function within the company, documenting process and creating scalable workflows

Who Are You?

• 1–4 years of experience in video production, media creation, or digital marketing
  
  
• Confident on-camera presence with a strong sense of timing, tone, and delivery
  
  
• Proficient in editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar)
  
  
• Excellent storytelling and copywriting abilities for repurposed content
  
  
• Interested in real estate, marketing, and entrepreneurship
  
  
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple content deliverables at once

Where Can You Easily Impress Us?

• You’ve created or hosted a podcast or video series (personal or professional)
  
  
• You’re fluent in video-first platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube
  
  
• You have a background in film, journalism, or media studies

• Compensation: This role is currently benchmarked by industry standards and ranges from $55,000-$90,000/year. Offered compensation is based on merit and relevant qualifications.
