JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a talented and detail oriented Mid-Level Graphic Designer to specialize in print collateral / packaging design, and digital creative. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of branding, and the ability to create cohesive designs that resonate with target audiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects that elevate our brand and products in both physical and digital spaces. WHAT YOU WILL DO Print Collateral/Packaging Design: Conceptualize and design packaging for products and kits, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and market trends. Develop dielines, mockups and print-ready files with precision. Collaborate with product teams and vendors to ensure designs meet functional and production requirements. Conduct research on industry trends and competitors print collateral / packaging for inspiration and innovation. Digital Design: Create engaging and visually appealing assets for websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital ads. Design and optimize visuals for responsive and user-friendly web experiences. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop compelling content that drives engagement and conversions. Stay current with emerging digital trends, tools and best practices. General: Work closely with other designers, copywriters, and project managers to ensure cohesive project execution. Present design concepts and iterate based on feedback from stakeholders. Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, ensuring high-quality deliverables. WHO YOU ARE Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field 5+ years of professional design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing packaging and digital design projects Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Experience with packaging design processes, including dielines, production specifications and material considerations Strong understanding of digital design principles, including responsive design and optimizing assets for web and social platforms Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts effectively Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Experience in skincare or beauty industry Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for digital design handoffs Experience with Figma, Sketch or other digital design tools is a plus #LI-Hybrid #Nylaw Salary (Min-Max): 69,864.00 - 96,063.00
