What You'll Do:
- Own the UX strategy for Marketplace, turning bold ideas into seamless, user-first experiences.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to align on goals, objectives, and requirements, advocating for design solutions that balance business success with exceptional user experience.
- Lead the full UX lifecycle-strategy, ideation, prototyping, user testing, and implementation-ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience.
- Collaborative iteratively with researchers, designers, writers, and engineers to bring cohesive, user-centered experiences to life.
- 8+ years of experience designing modern digital experiences and products.
- Experience with transactional web platforms (e.g. e-commerce).
- Deep understanding of UX principles, best practices, and standards.
- n exceptional portfolio that highlights your design process, problem-solving, and the measurable impact your work has achieved in real-world projects.
- holistic, user-first mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with Figma and prototyping tools.
- Experience with digital marketing best practices.
- Experience in the Enterprise/B2B sector
