RIPCO Real Estate is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Marketing Graphic Designer to join its growing, entrepreneurial Florida team! The Marketing Graphic Designer will support the Florida Managing Partner and Sales teams in the Miami and Tampa offices to expand RIPCO’s growth and presence in the Florida market.
In this fast-paced role, you will aid top-tier real estate professionals with the production design of high-quality marketing collateral, with guidance and support from senior Marketing members. This position reports to the Head of Marketing in New York.
This is a full-time, on-site role that can be based in either our Miami or Tampa office location.
Key Responsibilities
- Work within brand guidelines and company-wide templates to lay out and produce various marketing collateral, including exclusive listing brochures, offering memorandums, signage, investment sales proposals, property services presentations, maps, and email blast campaigns.
- Prepare high-quality design assets using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other programs as needed.
- Prepare final, circulation-ready marketing materials for both print and web.
- Manage multiple projects from initiation to production, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintain website marketing materials and other property page updates on our company website.
- Coordinate upload or transfers of marketing materials to third-party commercial real estate information platforms, verifying information is accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate projects involving external vendors, including out-of-house signage requests.
- Periodically assist brokers with requests, like preparing client-related documents, and formatting Word and Excel documents.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in production design, graphic design, or marketing.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe CC applications – mainly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Working proficiency or familiarity with online content creation programs (e.g., Marq.com, Canva) is a plus.
- High proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite applications.
- Working knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Hubspot).
- Knowledge of project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Wrike) is a plus.
- Working knowledge of web content management systems is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate and accept design direction and guidance with professionalism is essential.
- Experience working in a team environment is preferred.
- Previous experience in commercial real estate brokerage or development is a strong plus.
