Marketing Media Specialist
Reports To:
Chief Marketing Officer
Job Overview:
The Design Specialist creates high-quality content and collateral for Crown Packaging Corp. that enhances the company’s brand and contributes to more effective marketing & sales.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Elevates the Crown Packaging brand by ensuring all marketing materials are compelling and professional
- Develops creative content that helps the company stand out from competitors and win more business
- Ensures consistency in brand standards and style guidelines
- Collaborate with other team members to create engaging content for marketing and sales education
- Designs/formats marketing collateral including: Brochures, sell sheets, and other print collateral; Web pages, presentation slides, and other digital collateral; Multimedia, video, and audio content; Other resources and brand assets
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant job experience
- Experience working in a marketing department or creative agency is preferred
- Strong background involving design principles and branding best practices
- Familiarity with modern design aesthetics and creative trends relevant to B2B marketing
- Experience working with B2B companies is preferred.
- Proficiency in multiple formats including print, digital, web design, video, & audio
- Familiarity with design tools and software platforms including:
- Adobe Creative Cloud (or similar)
- CMS web design platforms (WordPress or similar)
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (BigCommerce, Shopify, or similar) is preferred.
- Experience with new media technologies (including AR/VR, AI image generation, 3D graphics, and other creative design tools) is a plus.
