About Us Dude Perfect is the world's leading sports and entertainment brand, known for our innovative content, viral trick shots, and family-friendly entertainment. With more than 60M YouTube subscribers and a massive global following across social platforms, we're seeking an experienced Head of Content Licensing to expand our brand's reach and revenue streams. Position Overview The Head of Content Licensing will spearhead the monetization and distribution of Dude Perfect's extensive content library across major streaming platforms, digital channels, and FAST services. This role will focus on maximizing the value of our archive content through strategic partnerships with premium streaming services (SVOD/AVOD), while also managing distribution across emerging platforms. The position will be instrumental in developing new revenue streams through content packaging, format sales, and strategic distribution deals that expand our global audience reach. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute content distribution strategy across major streaming platforms, including both SVOD and AVOD services Lead negotiations for content licensing deals and original content opportunities across the content ecosystem Drive monetization of archive content through strategic packaging and windowing across various platforms Create and manage territory-specific distribution strategies for international expansion Oversee rights management and clearance processes for global distribution Analyze viewing metrics and content performance data to optimize distribution strategy Monitor industry trends in streaming, digital distribution, and content monetization Build and maintain relationships with key players in the streaming content ecosystem Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in content distribution, streaming platform partnerships, or content licensing Proven track record of securing deals with major streaming platforms and digital content services Deep understanding of the streaming ecosystem, content monetization strategies, and digital rights management Experience working with global streaming services, regional platforms, and digital distributors Strong knowledge of content valuation, performance metrics, and audience analytics Demonstrated success in negotiating multi-territory licensing agreements Bachelor's degree in Business, Media Management, or related field Preferred Qualifications Experience working with YouTube creators or digital-first content brands Direct experience managing streaming platform partnerships Knowledge of sports entertainment content distribution Understanding of various content monetization models (SVOD, AVOD, FAST) International content distribution experience Experience with content localization and territory rights management Relationships with major streaming platforms and digital content buyers Personal Qualities Passionate about sports, entertainment, and digital media Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset Strong ethical standards and commitment to family-friendly content Ability to balance creative and commercial objectives Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Team player with excellent leadership skills Work Environment This position is located onsite at the Dude Perfect HQ in Frisco, Texas (Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex) Some travel required (20-30%) #J-18808-Ljbffr
