Looking for an experienced individual with a proven track record of meeting goals and objectives that brings a broad understanding of various communications disciplines including digital marketing, brand management, customer marketing, public relations, events marketing, lead generation, and social media. The content manager will report to the V.P. of Marketing.
Responsibilities of this Role
Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with company's goals, target audiences and brand identity.Drive brand awareness, engagement and lead generation through strategic content marketing.Create high-quality and compelling content across multiple platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, webinars, events, promotional literature, and email marketing campaigns.Create and optimize content for search engine optimization (SEO) and ensure consistent brand messaging and tone of voice.Collaborate across cross-functional teams to gather information and develop content that supports marketing initiatives, product launches and thought leadership.Create and manage an editorial calendar to deliver timely content across various digital platforms.Research industry trends, marketing insights, and competitor analysis to inform content development and identify opportunities.Ensure publishing of engaging, SEO-friendly and helpful content, including articles, blog posts, website copy, social media posts, and emails.Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other stakeholders to oversee the content creation of visually appealing multimedia-rich assets.Monitor and analyze content performance metrics alongside our SEO and social teams, such as website traffic, engagement rates and conversions, make data driven recommendations.Ensure brand consistency and compliance with the company's style guide and voice across all content deliverables.Manage and maintain content repositories and ensure content is organized and easily accessible for approve team members and future use.Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging trends and technologies and evolving content formats to enhance content marketing initiatives continually.Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism or a related field.3+ years of experience as a content manager, content strategist or similar role.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience writing and editing content for blogs, articles, whitepapers, infographics, emails, scripts, and other media.Strong visual design and video content creation background.Demonstrated ability to create high-quality, engaging, SEO friendly content across digital and print platforms.Experience using analytics tools to monitor content performance and make data driven decisions like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and HeyOrca,Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently, collaborate and manage a team.Familiarity with content distribution and amplification strategies for social media including YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud Tools, Canva, Video editing software, and AI Technology Tools.Benefits:
