Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager at our Meadow Bridge location in Dayton, OH. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth operations and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations
- Supervise and train staff members
- Ensure store cleanliness and organization
- Assist with inventory management and ordering
- Handle customer inquiries and issues
- Assist with scheduling and payroll
- Previous retail or customer service experience
