This role can be based in Bellevue, WA., or Nashville, TN.
The ideal candidate must be a skilled marketing or communications strategist and writer with exceptional judgement and interpersonal skills. They have the ability to take ownership while earning trust as they consult closely with business and partner teams to develop and execute creative internal marketing strategies that advance a cohesive safety experience. They are known for being organized and process-driven, and can juggle competing priorities. They must enjoy a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment that encourages creative thinking, building of efficiencies, diving deep, and experimentation. Ultimately, they are a relentless advocate for employees and partners and insist on the highest standards. They should have a background building and executing strategies, project management, and content creation. They are a curious lifelong learner who leans into disrupting the status quo to create memorable content that drives positive behaviors.
Key job responsibilities:
Develop and execute safety focused internal marketing strategies and promotional materials for key WHS programs. Lead WHS content creation, developing and implementing materials aligned with broader strategies and plans. Publish recurring content to operations through partnerships with other internal teams. Serve as a trusted advisor for the WHS leadership team. Establish a regular cadence of relevant, easily accessible content through various channels. Create and establish goal frameworks, invent and simplify processes through tools, and drive continuous improvement through automation. Measure, report, and adjust activities based on outcomes based on internal and external measures. Bring big ideas to the table, obtain buy-in, and implement ideas at scale. Work across a wide range of senior leaders, internal stakeholders, and legal, HR, and PR partners to gain alignment on implementation and tactical execution.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience. - 7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience. - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements. - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables). - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs. - Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages. - Bachelor's degree or Masters degree in related field such as journalism, marketing, or communications. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners. - Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint.
