Swoon works directly with a rapidly growing and innovative company in the cannabis industry . We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing efforts, enhance brand presence, and drive digital engagement. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker with expertise in digital marketing trends, tools, and tactics.
Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid flexibility)
Compensation: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 base salary
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Oversee content creation for social media, blogs, email, and website.
- Conduct market research to inform marketing strategies.
- Analyze data and campaign performance to optimize results.
- Manage SEO/SEM initiatives and collaborate with agency partners.
- Oversee social media team and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Design and implement email marketing campaigns for B2B & DTC growth.
- Track and report campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Manage the digital marketing budget for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of digital marketing experience (cannabis industry a plus).
- 2-3 years of team management experience.
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics tools.
- Strong communication, writing, and analytical skills.
- Experience with ecommerce platforms (WooCommerce, HubSpot, Amazon, Etsy).
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for design.
- Knowledge of cannabis industry regulations is a plus.
