We're on the search for a Videographer/Editor to join our Chicago-based content team. The Videographer/Editor will bring the GHOST brand to life through high-quality video content. This role works closely with internal teams to brainstorm, shoot, and edit engaging visuals for various platforms. It’s a hands-on role that covers everything from concept to final cut, with a focus on storytelling and staying current with video trends.

The Deets:

• Work in collaboration with our video team to create high-end content around the GHOST brand.
• C ollaborate with internal partners on video concepts; brainstorm ideas with company leadership, marketing and creative teams.
• Deliver excellent selects in framing, and has an innate aptitude for lighting, layout, color, styling, and positioning that aligns with the brand and message.
• Research and stay on top of the current trends in the social video content area and ensures application of new trends as appropriate for the brand.
• Story tell around all aspects of the GHOST brand.

The Requirements:

• 3+ years relevant professional experience in video production. Work samples or portfolio required.
• Experience working within a company and the ability to thrive in a structured setting.
• Proficient in both video shooting and editing, with a strong skill set in visual content creation.
• Pulse on current industry trends, video styles, and ways to engage an audience through video content.
• Ability to work independently and perform as a one-person team when necessary.
• Proficient with professional camera equipment.
• Proficient with working in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Well versed in fitness culture and nutritional supplements preferred.
• Experience working with talent, athletes, and models.
• Self-motivated/self-starter.
• Thrives in a fast-paced work environment with strong skills in organization, attention to detail, and multi-tasking.
• Takes feedback to execute changes and make improvements.
• Communicative, trustworthy, and able to meet and manage multiple deadlines.

Physical Requirements:

• Expected travel is 1-2 times per month.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
