We're seeking an exceptional Marketing & Campaign Manager to own day-to-day marketing execution for a real estate firm and property management company. You'll work closely with our fCMO on strategic creative direction while independently managing all campaign operations from concept to completion.

Job Description
- Consistent social media management across platforms
- Weekly email campaign creation and execution
- End-to-end campaign ownership including design, copywriting, execution, and performance tracking
- Print marketing materials (flyers, postcards, etc.)
- Campaign performance analysis and optimization
Qualifications
- Strong email marketing expertise
- Proven social media management experience
- Graphic design capabilities
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Campaign tracking and analytics experience
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Nice to haves:
- Residential real estate experience
- Experience with kvCORE or BoldTrail CRM systems
- Portfolio demonstrating integrated campaign work
