Supports Creative team with design & production of print and digital projects. Handles creation of website pages including design and layout, page graphics, and page maintenance. Leads the design and implementation of monthly program and event graphic support for the Museum. E-blast designing, coding, scheduling, and list maintenance. Helps maintain and expand visual brand identity and design standards for the Museum. The Junior Graphic Designer is responsible for the design and production of various projects for all departments of the International Spy Museum, including print and digital projects, email marketing communications, and website updates. This role works under the Creative Director to collaborate on projects and uphold the Museum's visual brand standards. It combines production and creative tasks, as assigned by the team lead. Success Traits Positive, collaborative team player Creative individual passionate about design Friendly and enjoys teamwork Flexible with shifting priorities Embraces SPY Core Values: Service Excellence, Team, Creativity, Diversity, Fun Responsibilities Designs print materials like flyers, brochures, and promotional items such as t-shirts, tote bags, and giveaways Creates digital graphics for marketing campaigns and event promotions across museum channels, including motion graphics Maintains website visuals and content via the CMS, adhering to brand standards Assists with designing, coding, scheduling, and managing email campaigns using Salesforce Pardot Manages production templates and archives web, photo, and email content as needed Education & Experience Associate's degree or higher in graphic design or related field Entry-level position; 1+ year relevant experience preferred Nonprofit and in-house design experience is a plus Required Software Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Acrobat) Microsoft Office Basic HTML and CSS knowledge Experience with CMS and email marketing software, preferably Salesforce Pardot Basic motion graphics and video editing skills Skills Strong design and communication skills Excellent organizational and project management abilities Attention to detail and proficiency in spelling and grammar Creative and analytical thinking Ability to collaborate and work proactively with internal teams Organized file management throughout projects Curiosity and willingness to learn Interest in museums or cultural institutions is a plus How to Apply Submit your resume and design portfolio.
