We are an award-winning digital content studio and media network currently on a quest to find a Content Strategist to join our Social Video Services team - Is this your next opportunity?

The Content Strategist focuses on high-level strategic initiatives, making use of every possible lever there is to take advantage of on the platform. The Content Strategist is a true expert in how to optimize their distribution platform for maximum results. This role continues to run projects on a day-to-day basis alongside their Coordinators, serving as the key day-to-day point of contact for the client.

HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME

• Create impactful reports with thorough YouTube channel analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Confidently lead client meetings as a YouTube expert — anticipate client questions/concerns and be prepared to answer those questions.
• Provide the team with strategic guidance on improving copy for stronger SEO.
• Own deck creation.
• Proactively communicate with cross-functional teams.
• Proactively present strong recommendations to the client on overall channel strategy.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Skills matter, experience is useful, attitude is everything.

• 2-4 years working as a Channel Manager on YouTube or exceeding expectations of all the responsibilities of a Channel Manager.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience with Google, Microsoft, and Apple productivity applications.
• Interest and experience with YouTube and other social media platforms.
• Experience managing direct reports and communicating with managers.
• The ability to quickly learn new processes, tools, etc., and communicate learnings to others.
• The ability to independently lead client conversations & keep clients happy with services.
• Understands all the intricacies of YouTube Studio.
• Can develop a solid strategy for growth with their client.
