Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of content restoration projects, including pack-outs, inventory, cleaning, storage, and pack-backs.
- Oversee content teams and ensure proper documentation and handling of all items.
- Communicate effectively with customers, adjusters, and team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Utilize industry-standard software to track inventory and estimate content value.
- Maintain compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.
- Experience in content restoration management.
- Strong knowledge of restoration processes and insurance claim protocols.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with restoration software platforms.
- IICRC certification(s) preferred (e.g., WRT, Contents).
