Job Description
- Analyze learning requirements and perform task analysis to design engaging, effective learning solutions.
- Apply ADDIE or similar instructional design models to develop training content for multiple delivery formats, including:
- eLearning
- Instructor-Led Training (ILT)
- Virtual Instructor-Led Training (vILT)
- Blended Learning
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to extract content and validate accuracy.
- Lead instructional design tasks across a curriculum, including:
- Storyboarding and scripting
- Content development
- Media integration
- Mentor junior instructional designers and ensure adherence to project standards.
- Participate in or lead cross-functional teams to ensure training aligns with both instructional and business goals.
- Develop project schedules, track milestones, and provide status updates using tools like MS Project.
- Utilize LCMS/LMS platforms and ensure SCORM-compliance of digital training modules.
- Maintain quality standards and apply Section 508 accessibility requirements where applicable.
- Develop and monitor budgets and apply Earned Value Management System (EVMS) principles.
- Lead proposal development and contribute to costing and estimation for new training projects.
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design using ADDIE or equivalent methodology.
- Demonstrated ability to design solutions for diverse audiences and delivery modes.

- Adobe InDesign
- MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to grammar, structure, and instructional flow.
- Learning Content Management Systems (LCMS)
- Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- SCORM standards
- Strong leadership, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in budgeting, project scheduling, and applying financial tracking metrics (e.g., EVMS).
- Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
- Experience applying Section 508 accessibility standards.
- Familiarity with courseware translation and localization processes.
- Prior involvement in Six Sigma projects for process improvement.
- Experience with proposal development and cost modeling.
- Experience establishing new client relationships and setting courseware development standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, English, or a related discipline (Required)
- Master’s degree in related field (Preferred)
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Creative problem solver and collaborative team player
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
Education: Bachelors Degree, Masters Degree
