As a
Digital Marketing Specialist , you will play a key role in shaping UKFCU's online presence and member engagement strategies. You will develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, manage content across various platforms, and analyze performance data to optimize engagement. Your creativity and strategic mindset will contribute to the Credit Union's growth and brand recognition.
What You'll Do
Digital Marketing & Content Creation:
Develop engaging written and visual content for email marketing, social media, and the website.
Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns, ensuring proper segmentation and automation.
Create and maintain a content calendar for digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more.
Ensure that UKFCU's digital presence aligns with brand identity and marketing goals.
Analytics & Performance Tracking:
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Siteimprove, and social media insights.
Compile monthly reports on engagement, website traffic, and marketing effectiveness.
Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve campaign success.
Website & SEO Management:
Maintain and update website content, ensuring accessibility, usability, and SEO best practices.
Collaborate with internal teams to create new webpages and optimize user experience.
Community Engagement & Research:
Participate in UKFCU-sponsored events to document and promote Credit Union activities.
Research industry trends, new digital platforms, and emerging marketing strategies to keep UKFCU at the forefront of digital engagement.
Collaboration & Compliance:
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with organizational goals.
Ensure compliance with Credit Union policies, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications
Who You Are
Experience & Education:
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, email marketing, or a related field.
Associate's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related discipline; bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience with email marketing platforms (ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Constant Contact), content management systems (Drupal, WordPress, Kentico), and social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
Skills & Strengths:
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and best practices.
Excellent writing and content creation skills.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing performance metrics.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

This position allows for an optional hybrid work arrangement which includes a combination of both in-office and remote work arrangements. (Maximum of two days remote, three days in-office). Work schedules will be established by the employee's supervisor according to business needs. Working locations and schedules may be altered at management discretion.
