Content Creator (Social Media & Digital Content)
to create compelling copy for social media and digital campaigns. Job Description: This role requires a strong grasp of brand storytelling, audience engagement, and platform-specific copywriting. Working closely with the Social Media and PR Teams, this person will ensure that every piece of content is engaging, on-brand, and optimized for performance. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Copywriting & Content Development Write engaging and brand-aligned social media captions for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms. Assist with organizing and maintaining internal and client content calendars to ensure smooth scheduling. Adapt messaging to different audience segments and content formats (e.g., carousel posts, reels, stories, long-form captions). Repurpose long-form content into bite-sized, social-friendly pieces. Collaborate with social and digital teams to ensure copy aligns with client needs and styles. Proofread and refine existing content to enhance clarity, tone, and impact. Ensure copy is optimized for SEO best practices, and develop strong CTAs and headlines that drive engagement and conversions. Using Capcut/canva to resize and format images/videos as needed for different platforms to maintain a polished brand presence. Brand Voice & Messaging Consistency Maintain and refine brand tone and voice across all platforms. Work with the Digital Strategy Director to develop copy guidelines and messaging frameworks. Adapt copy to suit different clients’ personalities, industries, and strategic objectives. Research & Trend Analysis Stay up to date with social media trends, cultural conversations, and industry best practices to keep content fresh and engaging. Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for improved messaging and positioning. Monitor audience sentiment and engagement to refine copy strategies. Key Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in copywriting, content creation, or social media writing. Strong understanding of digital storytelling and brand voice adaptation. Ability to write short-form, high-impact copy that drives engagement. Excellent editing and proofreading skills. Basic understanding of SEO copywriting and digital marketing principles.
