As the Director of Customer Marketing, you will play a key role in driving customer engagement, retention, and growth for Paramount's SMB advertising clients. You will lead strategic marketing initiatives that connect SMB buyers and agencies with Paramount's self-serve advertising solutions across our iconic portfolio of brands, including CBS, Paramount+, Pluto TV, and more.
In this role, you'll lead marketing campaigns built to resonate with key verticals and agencies. This will range from thought leadership reports, webinars, vertical-specific narratives, agency retention initiatives, and more. You'll be a critical connector between marketing, sales, design, and insights teams, ensuring cohesive messaging and impactful campaigns that contribute directly to business growth. This is a unique opportunity to shape how SMB advertisers succeed on one of the largest media platforms in the world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and lead our vertical marketing and agency marketing strategy with campaigns and content that speak directly to key verticals for our business.
- Work in partnership with our Insights team to develop thought leadership content, using first and third-party data.
- Lead customer engagement programs - both online (ie: webinars) and offline (ie: hosted dinners).
- Build our case study program by bringing SMB customer stories to life across paid and owned channels.
- Create various content types, including whitepapers, customer video interviews, landing pages, social assets, and sales collateral and define the multi-channel distribution strategy, in partnership with channel owners.
- Manage multiple projects in parallel across a wide variety of XFN partners including - Insights, Design, Sales and adjacent Marketing teams.
- Proven experience (10+ years) developing scaled B2B marketing content and messaging strategies and shaping memorable B2B business brands
- Have a portfolio to share that includes content, distribution strategy and results of previous work
- Entrepreneurial problem-solver capable of driving toward a solution with a high degree of autonomy
- Skilled in project management, capable of leading and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Previous experience working for social or CTV advertising platforms preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $124,000.00 - 155,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is eligible to earn sales incentive compensation.
