Job Title: Community Manager

Continental Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee the Springs at Buckingham Farms residential apartment community in Memphis, Tennessee.

Offerings: Competitive compensation, leasing and resident renewal incentives, and a quarterly CNOI bonus.

Role Overview: Responsible for the successful operation of the community, delivering an exceptional living experience, and fostering a positive work environment. Reports to the Regional Director/Vice President.

Position Details:

• Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage operating income/expense budgets
• Lead sales, marketing, and customer service efforts
• Hire, develop, and motivate team members
• Oversee community performance and resident well-being

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years residential community management experience
• Team leadership and development skills
• Budget management and NOI growth experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience with Onesite, Ops Technology, YieldStar, Lead2Lease, and Compliance Depot preferred
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to work at a desk and walk in various weather conditions, climb stairs as needed
