**Job Description**

The Food Service Worker will assist the manager with food/meal preparation; maintain cash receipts and meal records. Assist the manager in completing daily reports. Maintain high standards of quality in food production, sanitation, and kitchen safety practices.

**Compensation:** The hourly rate for this position is $19.00 to $21.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

**Job Responsibilities**

1. Prepare quality food and baked goods according to a planned menu.
2. Prepare daily transaction reports.
3. Understand meal components and inclusions.
4. Ensure proper storage of food in a sanitary manner.
5. Serve food according to schedules and policies.
6. Use and care of kitchen equipment, especially knives.
7. Timely preparation of various food items and beverages.
8. Add garnishments to enhance presentation and customer satisfaction.
9. Assist in cleaning refrigerators, freezers, and kitchen equipment.
10. Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations.
11. Adhere to uniform policy.
12. Coordinate with the manager daily for menu preparation.
13. Supervise food temperature requirements.
14. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
15. Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and ware washing.
16. Maintain cleanliness of garbage areas and kitchen floors.
17. Perform other duties as assigned.
18. This role may involve physical activity such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, extended walking, and standing. Uniforms and PPE may be required.
