Cook Systems is where your journey to success begins!REQUIREMENTS2-3 years in Project Coordination, Project Management, Operations Management, or a similar role.Highly organized to manage multiple tasks, track deadlines, and maintain project schedules.Strong written and verbal communication skills for conveying information clearly and concisely to team members, stakeholders, and leadership.A keen eye for detail to ensure all aspects of the project are considered and nothing is overlooked.Proficiency in prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet deadlines.The Project Coordinator will have a critical role in supporting the project team in the planning, execution, and completion of various projects within the organization. The coordinator will communicate updates and deadlines, manage deliverables through tools like JIRA, capturing project requirements, reviewing project deliverables for completion and accuracy, and providing other project support, as necessary. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Scheduling and CoordinationOrganize meetings, appointments, and project timelines to ensure all team members are aligned. CommunicationAct as a liaison between project stakeholders, team members, and clients to facilitate clear and effective communication. DocumentationMaintain project documentation, including meeting notes, progress reports, and project plans. Resource ManagementAssist in the allocation and management of project resources, such as personnel, equipment, and materials. Issue TrackingMonitor and track project issues and risks and assist in the development of mitigation strategies.
