Job Summary:
As a Special Events & Promotions Coordinator, you will assist the marketing team in developing and executing productive marketing strategies and plans. This position's starting wage is $17.
Duties and Responsibilities: Foster an environment that embodies Bally's Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere Enthusiastically promote Bally's customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations Adhere to policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements, Company initiatives, and organizational goals Perform the duties and responsibilities associated with the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program Assists in the development and planning of programs as they relate to special events, promotions, entertainment, awareness and media. Responsible for setting up and implementing all programs, promotions, and events. Assists in the preparation of submissions for IGB approval to ensure the accuracy of all necessary documentation as it pertains to each event. Assists in the creation and verification of promotional offers with casino systems. Assists in the execution of social media and digital media content strategy and implementation. Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications:
Must be 21 years of age or older Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board Must have a high school diploma or equivalent Must know and comply with requirements of Title 31 Bank Secrecy Act as pertains to Credit/Player Services transactions as well as all Illinois Gaming Board regulations Excellent written and verbal communication skills High-level customer service skills are required Must be able to work weekends, weeknights, and holidays Basic math skills including addition and subtraction Physical Demands:
Must be able to stand, sit, and walk for prolong periods of time (7+ hours). Occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Read, write, speak and understand English Operate in mentally and physically stressful situations Work Environment:
The work environment is fast-paced and contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.
