ServiceNow is seeking a highly skilled Copy Editor & Writer to support our Partner Engagement initiatives. This shared service role will work across multiple teams, ensuring consistency, clarity, and impact in our communications while also contributing to content creation when needed.
While the primary focus of this role is copy editing, we are looking for an experienced copywriter capable of refining existing materials and crafting compelling content from scratch when necessary. This person will review and enhance copy across various formats, from emails and social media to event collateral and Partner Success Center assets.
What you get to do in this role:
- Copy Editing & Proofreading: Ensure accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency across all partner-facing communications, including emails, demand generation materials, social media posts, and event collateral.
- Copywriting: Develop compelling, on-brand content for campaigns, internal updates, and external engagement when needed.
- Content Optimization: Refine messaging for clarity, engagement, and alignment with ServiceNow’s voice and brand guidelines.
- Asset Review: Support quality control for materials published on the Partner Success Center, ensuring partners have clear, concise, and valuable content.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with events, partner operations, and other internal teams to support their copy needs.
In order to qualify for and be successful in this role, you should have:
- 5+ years of experience in copy editing, copywriting, or content development, preferably in B2B technology, SaaS, or partner/channel marketing.
- Strong editorial judgment and attention to detail, with a deep understanding of grammar, style, and tone consistency.
- Ability to both refine existing content and create original copy as needed.
- Experience working across multiple stakeholders and balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with AI-driven writing tools and an openness to leveraging technology to improve workflows.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple assignments at once.
This role is a key player for our Partner Engagement team, ensuring that our messaging is clear, consistent, and impactful across all touchpoints. If you're a sharp editor with a knack for storytelling and a passion for great content, we'd love to hear from you!
