About the Role

We are looking for a SEO & Content Copywriter with a strong command of AI tools, AI prompting, and content automation technologies to craft compelling, brand-aligned copy that drives engagement and performance across multiple footwear brands. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical SEO expertise, and advanced AI utilization to ensure content resonates with both search engines and consumers.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience (or equivalent) in content creation, editing, and proofreading, with a demonstrated ability to write, refine, and optimize copy across multiple channels. This role also works with an SEO agency to align content strategy with best practices for keyword integration, search visibility, and ranking performance.

Candidates with experience in AI agent or avatar creation are highly encouraged to apply, and those with PR copywriting experience will be considered a strong plus.

What You’ll Do

SEO Copywriting, Editing & Content Development

1. Write, edit, and proofread engaging, conversion-driven content, including product descriptions, web pages, email campaigns, and digital ads.
2. Develop content that maintains brand consistency across multiple brands while ensuring SEO optimization and readability.
3. Create compelling brand stories while incorporating H1, H2, metadata, alt text, and internal linking for improved search performance.
4. Ensure all content is crafted with precision, clarity, and brand consistency.
5. Leverage AI tools and AI prompting to streamline content workflows and enhance copy effectiveness.
6. Work closely with an SEO agency to refine content strategy based on keyword research and algorithm updates.
7. Optimize content for both organic search (SEO) and conversion (UX best practices).
8. Experiment with AI-assisted content generation, ensuring balance between automation and human touch.
9. Research and implement AI-enhanced personalization techniques for marketing copy.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & PR Copywriting

1. Work closely with Creative, Marketing, and E-commerce teams to align messaging strategies.
2. Proofread, refine, and improve content from other contributors to maintain quality, consistency, and accuracy.
3. Ensure all written materials meet brand tone and voice guidelines.
4. Support PR initiatives by crafting press releases, media kits, and corporate messaging (preferred but not required).

What You Bring

1. At least two years of experience in copywriting, content creation, editing, and SEO-driven writing (or equivalent).
2. Strong command of AI tools, AI prompting techniques, and content automation workflows.
3. Ability to write in different brand voices while maintaining clarity, engagement, and brand consistency.
4. Experience optimizing content for SEO, including H1/H2 structuring, metadata, and keyword placement.
5. A passion for balancing creativity with precision, optimization, and brand storytelling.
6. Highly detail-oriented and organized, with excellent proofreading and editing skills.
7. Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or other SEO tools.
8. Plus: Experience experimenting with or developing AI agents or avatars.
9. Plus: PR writing experience, including crafting press releases and corporate messaging.
