Bachelor’s or graduate degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Real Estate, Architecture, Construction, Engineering, Economics, etc.)—preferred 8+ years relevant work experience managing development and/or design to achieve pro-forma goals—cost, schedule, and program Technical expertise in building enclosures and/or MEP systems Experience managing staff and outside stakeholders Working knowledge of Revit and other BIM-related design tools—strongly preferred Must have a strong interest in Design-Build delivery Skills & Abilities:
Strong knowledge of design and cost management principles and practices Clear understanding of integrated design and construction schedules Appreciation and understanding of architecture firms’ business models, design principles, and processes Ability to lead a collaborative design process with various stakeholders Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-management skills Ability to train, manage, and influence direct reports Ability to motivate and collaborate with peers working at other firms Ability to work with and present to executive leadership Ability to participate in pursuit efforts for design-build projects Self-motivated, organized team player with the ability to manage work priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to develop and maintain a collaborative, creative work environment and influence others Alignment to Clark Standards of Excellence: self-motivated, results-oriented, adaptable, team player, accountable, ethical, innovative, resilient, builds relationships, builds people/teams, sets direction, and executes #LI-LP1 About Us
