THE ROLE OF A COREPOWER YOGA STUDIO COORDINATOR As a Studio Coordinator (SC), you live your power by supporting the world-class CorePower Yoga studio experience including coordinating studio operations and holding the studio to the highest health and safety standards. This SC role is a part-time, entry-level position which will allow you to learn the business and develop the skillset to operate a studio. Responsibilities Act as an ambassador of the CorePower Yoga Core Values at all times and inspire these values in others. Support the Studio Manager in achieving company and studio level goals, including membership growth, retail sales, community outreach, and programming enrollment. Commit to a flexible schedule of 18-29 hours per week. Serve as the studio-level point of contact for students and staff when the Studio Manager is not present. Maintain appropriate studio supply inventory and cleanliness. Engage with the studio community and foster relationships. Support teachers with POS and pre/post class duties. Health, Safety and Cleanliness Protocol Uphold high standards for studio cleanliness and functionality. Communicate Smart Health Protocol to students. Act as an extension of the Studio Experience Team (SET). Support coordination of the Studio Experience Team including scheduling and training. Coordinate Studio Systems Act as a liaison between the Studio Manager and teaching/SET teams. Support training and usage of various studio systems including POS and HRIS applications. Teaching Schedule Support the studio class schedule by teaching a minimum of 6 classes per week of branded CorePower Yoga classes. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Must demonstrate CorePower Yoga Core Values. Excellent oral communication skills and professionalism. Experience in Customer Service required. Completion of a Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour program is preferred. Familiarity with studio systems such as HRIS and point of sale systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products. THE FINE PRINT Availability must match the needs of the business. Must be able to move around the studio space and lift up to 25 lbs. If certified to teach, must be able to step in to teach class on short notice.
