The ability to handle ambiguity and influence employees at all levels is essential.

This position requires full-time in-office presence 5 days a week at our CBD location.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute category strategy in collaboration with leadership, focusing on unit and revenue growth.
- Work with Marketplace teams to recruit strategic sellers and expand category selection.
- Enhance seller experience through improved self-service and reporting resources.
- Partner with technology teams to launch new features and drive automation and scalability.
- Collaborate with Listings and Fulfillment PMs to promote key feature adoption among sellers.
A day in the life
This role focuses on strategic initiatives to enhance our marketplace. Your day will involve collaborating with leadership on business strategies, working with Marketplace teams to recruit strategic sellers, and improving the overall seller experience. You will also partner with technology teams to launch new features and drive automation and scalability.

You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to growing our 3rd party marketplace. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional customer and seller experiences. We strive to innovate and scale our marketplace to remain a top choice for sellers and customers alike.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of B2B or enterprise sales, with a focus on hunting new business.
- Knowledge of procurement and source-to-pay processes and solutions or equivalent experience.
- Experience identifying trends and needs to improve large-scale technology deals.
