As we continue our growth, we are looking for a Marketing Content Specialist who will partner closely with our marketing team, salespeople, doctors, nurses, health coaches, and patients to help tell the amazing story of how we are redefining people’s expectations of healthcare.
Reporting to the Manager of Digital Marketing & Content, you will plan, write, and produce content of all types that connects with a variety of audiences – new patients, potential corporate clients, and current customers. This will include a significant amount of writing in both short and long-form, such as webpages, blogs, newsletters, emails, texts, brochures, social media posts, bios, and video scripts.
Your duties will also include posting, sharing, and repurposing your content for maximum exposure and effective generation of website traffic, leads, and ultimately new customers.
Our ideal candidate is a professional with excellent journalistic writing skills. As a Marketing Content Specialist, you will work efficiently to meet multiple deadlines and be extremely detail oriented. If you are also fluent in content optimization and brand consistency, we would like to meet you.
The role is based in Richmond, VA. After a period of onboarding at our corporate office, a high-performing new hire will be offered the flexibility to continue work from there or to engage a defined hybrid schedule.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Write and edit B2C and B2B content for our blog, website pages, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media posts.
- Assist in tracking content performance and help implement adjustments based on team insights.
- Write, edit, and distribute member communications, including member newsletters, clinical updates, operational announcements, and more.
- Manage social media calendar and create and schedule posts on corporate social media accounts, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube; monitor and engage with social media followers as necessary.
- Interview internal and external subject matter experts and research assigned topics.
- Edit and proofread content generated throughout the company to ensure brand consistency and grammatical perfection.
- Support the planning and production of video content by preparing scripts and reviewing drafts of videos in post-production.
- Update member records and corporate contacts in Hubspot and Salesforce.
- Support the team in event planning and execution.
- Perform other tasks to support the marketing and sales team.
TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to tailor content for different audiences and platforms.
- 3+ years of experience in creating content for digital marketing campaigns, blogs, social media, video scripts, and more.
- 1+ years of experience with CRM Software (Salesforce and/or Hubspot preferred).
- Understanding of the fundamentals of SEO, inbound marketing, website design, and content creation.

Other Expectations:
