Inspirato is seeking an experienced Director, Search Engine Marketing to lead our performance-driven SEM strategy and execution. This role is critical in accelerating business growth by maximizing reach among luxury travelers, optimizing digital acquisition strategies, and ensuring efficient media spend to expand our brand presence. The ideal candidate is a data-driven, hands-on leader with extensive experience in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, highly skilled in managing large-scale SEM campaigns, and focused on leveraging search to expand brand reach and drive engagement. This individual will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Brand, Analytics, and Sales teams to develop and optimize our search-first growth strategies while driving continuous improvement through testing, measurement, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the SEM strategy to maximize brand visibility among affluent travelers and drive engagement.
- Manage and optimize a large-scale SEM budget, ensuring efficient allocation and cost-effective performance.
- Oversee all paid search efforts across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, implementing best-in-class execution.
- Lead ongoing testing and experimentation for creative, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Brand, Website, and Content teams to align messaging and creative with search intent.
- Implement and evolve tracking, measurement, and attribution models to enhance performance visibility and optimize campaign investments.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, privacy regulations, and platform best practices to ensure compliance and maximize effectiveness.
Experience & Qualifications
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing large-scale SEM budgets while driving cost efficiency and maximizing impact.
- Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including search strategies, bidding models, and campaign optimization.
- Deep expertise in conversion rate optimization and bid strategy execution.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker, or similar reporting tools.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and lead strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Passion for continuous testing, learning, and innovation in digital marketing.
Compensation: $107,000 - $130,000 Base Salary. We believe in building a compensation structure that reflects the comparable market pay rate for positions at companies similar in size, revenue generation and geographic location; in addition to individual factors including seniority, performance-based merit, education/training, and experience related to scope of responsibilities.
Bonus: Eligible for the company’s bonus plan, with a target of up to 12.5% of your annual salary.

FAM Trip: After one year of employment, eligible for one three-to-four-night stay per calendar year in an Inspirato property, subject to availability and program terms.
